Benefiting the Palmetto Health Cancer Centers
In 2008, the McDaniels Golf Classic received contributions of more than $169,000. Over the last 18 years, this tournament has raised more than $2 million for cancer treatment and research. Last year, there were 60 sponsors and more than 75 volunteers who supported this event. There was also a Survivor Team sponsor who hosted a round of golf for four cancer survivors who were treated at Palmetto Health.
