2009 Pledge Form
The 21st Annual Festival of Trees will be November 21 and 22 at Palmetto Health Children's Hospital. The weekend long event showcases decorated trees, wreaths, tabletop trees, centerpieces and garlands that are available for bid. Cookies for Santa platters painted by current and former patients of Children's Hospital will be featured silent auction items. Silent auction proceeds benefit Palmetto Health Children's Hospital.
